Mum to 2 young children, as our Parish Clerk; Hannah is your go-to for things like jobs for the Parish Steward, Agendas and Minutes for Parish Council Meetings and any general questions.
Simon Downey

Father of three grown up children, and full-time employee of a national special police force – Simon’s calm logic helps drive our team and his interest in social events and community spirit have already resulted in some great Fireworks displays and events.
Amy Powell
Councillor - Chairperson
Mum of a young boy, working full-time in technology governance and risk and log-standing member of the council team. Amy’s passion for improving the recreational ground has helped drive the improvements made recently – she has also written (and funded) the village Newsletters you have been receiving.
Carla Haslam

Mum to one little boy and Deputy Head Teacher – Carla new to Bulkington and the Parish Council Team and is using her keen interest in the Playground to lead the Playground Committee to make a space for all to enjoy. Andrew Grabham - Vice Chairperson

Father of 2 young children business owner, passionate about being an active member of the village and helping where he can. Andrews Business experience is really helping with the Accounting and Finance of the PC.
Julie Anderson-Hill

Mother to young adult son and former Council transformation change professional. Julie is a long-standing member of the village with a keen interest in enabling transformational change to create a positive impact on the community.
Alex Breach
Councillor
Father of 2 young boys and full-time local farmer, Alex is a new member of the council team and is proving to be a great link between the farming community and the village.
Alison Howard-Evans
Councillor
Mother to a grown-up daughter, Alison is a former Head of Information Technology and has worked both in the NHS and Local Government. She is new to the Council and hopes to make a positive contribution to the village and its residents.
